Given the increasing larger screen sizes accompanying modern phones I always found it annoying that the chrome search/address bar and settings tab was at the top of the screen.

Luckily it can be moved to the bottom of the page, just above the keyboard making for a more convenient experience.

In the search bar type "chrome://flags" and then select and "enable-chrome-home"

Although using the keyboard shortcuts with find on page becomes less useful

Try Alt + D (select address bar) and then Ctrl + F, isn't much useful.

Awesome! Been using Android for 4 years now and had no idea this was possible!

Hopefully Google doesn't pull it from the experimental features list.

You can if you have enabled Ctrl key.
For me it's my right shift. I use it for copy/paste mostly.

I already enabled the ctrl button and it's mapped on my left shift button, but ctrl+f on Chrome doesn't work.

It works just fine on a page where it has text. Hopefully you're not testing on the start page.

I just tried Alt + D then Ctrl + F and it came with find on page.

Mine still doesn't work. what is wrong with my phone. Ctrl+c to copy and ctrl+v to paste works just fine, but I can't do ctrl+f to find words on chrome.

Click on the address bar and then hit Ctrl + F.
Still can't do it then I'm not sure what's wrong.

Ah. That's what you meant. Now it's working. I thought I didn't have to select the address bar. XD. After I did it, it worked, but it blocks the whole page. After that we have to minimize whole address bar again.

There is a thread elsewhere about this on the Priv forum I think. I tried this setting but it is unstable. Selecting dropdown menus on some websites for example results in taps not being recognized or off by a few mm or so. Ultimately I went back to the regular settings. I guess that's why Google has it in the experimental stage.

Yep you need to select the address bar, hence Alt + D.

That's what I said as well, with the address bar at the bottom, the find on page becomes useless.
