    Having purchased a KEYONE I duly bought a new case but unbelievably the call quality was poor in the case so I tried it out of the case and it improved markedly.
    I then looked at the top of the phone and guessed that's where the aerial is so I cut some off the top of the case and whoo hoo sorted perfect call quality.

    I believe it was purchased from Amazon as it was a birthday present.
