    now that I have the keyone., I still can't find any material on how to use keyboard.. and where is the control key or how to copy , cut and pastel using the pkb?

    Settings - Language & Input - Keyboard Settings - BlackBerry Keyboard Settings - Advanced
    And on very bottom is CTRL key settings.

    yup! deep in the settings. you can set either a shift key to a control key.

    settings-language and input-keyboard settings-bb keyboard-advanced-physical keyboard cntrl key

    This will get you there.

    Lol, it'll work just like a ctrl key on a computer. You can copy and paste using the keyboard functions instead of using the screen.

    Ctrl+C to copy
    Ctrl+V to paste

    On your KEYone find the BlackBerry Help app. Within that app you will find "Keyboard". All the help you need is there.

    have check thru it but nothing there. maybe I didn't dig deeper.

    Really? In your original post you asked about "copy and paste". I just opened the app and it was right there: copy and paste. I can't imagine what you can't find.

    Is there something specific you're looking for?

    well, it doesn't specify how to use the pkb unless I miss something.

    Ctrl-X to cut
    Ctrl-C to copy
