I've seen all the threads about the screen popping off but has anyone had any keys pop off? My enter key is on the verge of coming off. I've reached out to the Rogers where I got my phone and the Manager is going to get back to me. I have a device protection plan which I'm hoping not to have to use as I've had the phone for one week and haven't dropped it or anything. I assume when people return the phone for the screen falling off they've just had to swapped?

Other than the Bluetooth issue the phone has been great!

Have you tried reseating the affected keyboard key?

It hasn't come off fully. They seem to be attached by some sort of adhesive rather than a mechanical connection? I've pressed on it really hard to see if it catches but thats not working.

Hi, is this issue a defect? I have same problem also, but for the keys q and a. The keys are responding well and the trackpad feature is working also. Im afraid one days this keys will fall out.

There is a thread about keys coming loose. I believe it would be a warranty issue.

Same concern over here. I'm going to go to the store and see what they say. Sounds like a warranty issue.

Trust me, this the best method and it works well. It's a gel superglue but you only need to use a tiny amount. Apply with a toothpick. Less is better!
