    Loyal BlackBerry customer since the day of Curve...and now dtek60. Waiting impatiently for K1. However, it just came down on me, the question of where we should send our current line of BlackBerry androids if one needs service or repair, since BlackBerry no longer hardware provider and carrier no longer support BlackBerry.

    Do we send it to TCL?

    TCL / BlackBerry Mobile has some carrier support, and will sell direct through various channels. Return to vendor for service.
