It looks like TCL started to ship K1's to several distributers, Blackberry mobile, and I just got an email from Clove:

We can confirm that stock has just arrived.

All orders will begin to be dispatched from tomorrow, Friday 19th May.

Received this today (morning) from Clove:

Dear Sir

We have received our stock of KEYone's today.
Currently we are shipping our pre-orders as well as orders made last night.
We will be working our hardest to get as many orders dispatched today however there is no guarantees.
Any new orders placed will ship on Monday.
