All,

I would appreciate some guidance on how best to smoothly migrate from Classic to Keyone...

I have moved all media files onto the removable memory card.

1. What is the best way to move contacts over?

2. When I install Whatapp on K1, will all Classic chat history be on there automatically?

3. Will SMS history be moved over when I put the sim in?

4. Anything else I need to consider?

1. There are several ways to move contacts: copying them to sim, exporting them to a file on your sd card, even sending them over bluetooth. Those are all built in. There are also apps, like Device Switch which I used to move from Android to Classic originally.

2. I believe WhatsApp has an FAQ that covers this.

3. No. SMS history does not follow you from phone to phone.

Thanks! I will check out Device Switch as it offers calendar transfer to which is mighty important!
