Disabled and shut down Chrome and so the "force stop" button becomes grayed out, but after a while (few days) the button again becomes available to be clicked. This would mean that the app auto-started. Why in a million years this would happen? Who's actually in control of our smartphones?!

The app also weights 88KB even though I deleted all data related to the app. But seems like it doesn't care.

P.S. Chrome publicly admits in their tos that they collect user data from the browser's activity itself. This is why I don't use it, if anyone wonders.

Disable Google Partner Setup and it should stop re-enabling itself. Though I'm not sure what else might stop working, I have no issues with running Chrome to find out.

If that is the exact name of the setup/app then I guess I deleted it long ago since I don't have it in my apps list. But thnx for trying to help...
