The majority of people use no more than 5 apps, yes 5, on their smart phones.

That article doesn't say what you think it says. Work on your reading comprehension.

While this new study from Forrester Research examines where consumers spent the majority of their time, Nielsens report noted that users would only use 26 to 27 apps per month in total.

Well, not sure how exactly each person interprets it, but what I see is 5 or so apps see regular use, but in total 25 or so is used per month, so some of the others could have been used just once and it would be counted in the total.

Me, I think I use maybe 17-18 apps total, and about 6-7 regularly, so at least for me that seems fairly accurate...

    Except that his claim was
The majority of people use no more than 5 apps, yes 5, on their smart phones.
And then he posted an article which directly contradicted this claim.

Ok, that's interesting. Wasn't arguing with anyone though. But thanks for sharing. :-)

I added a ? to the end of the title. We just don't know what the future hold for BB. Could this be their last 2 phones? Are they going to even be able to get 1 or both of them out the door? Are they going to have a major turn around based on the success of one or both of these phones? We have absolutely no idea. I'm sure there are PLENTY of opinions on what the answers are, but bottom line? We don't know!

I hope BlackBerry continues to make more devices. I have been a BlackBerry user since the 8800 and love the physical keyboards among other useful goodies for my beauty biz. Not sure if I would want the Android OS on my BlackBerry.

I agree. I hope there is another high end BlackBerry Android phone for me to replace my Priv but I don't think so. BlackBerry will get slaughtered in the mid-range.
