    Because not all screens rotate. The screen on the Classic does not rotate.

    It's a rectangular screen on an Android device so it rotates depending on your device settings and app settings.

    Even if you have your device set not to auto rotate, some apps like image browsers or video players can be still be set to auto-rotate through their own app settings.

    The Classic had a 1:1 square screen. No reason to rotate.... but a rectangular screen will autorotate with settings on. Mr. Mobile showed a CBK vid in landscape.
