Maybe it's just me, I always buy random devices for the sake of trying everything out there, I even purchased a K1... a POS device from a Chinese company called kingzone. The thing was terrible, also there is a shield tablet K1 or maybe it's the Tegra k1 I don't remember. Either way why cany we just keep the device with one name? We aren't in the early days of BlackBerry 10 with letternumber names

People in the U.S. Just can't seem to leave the English language alone, especially where names are concerned.
I started as a Joseph, became a Joe, was whittled down to "Ja" and finally "Hey You!"

"Slang" is no longer considered a run off of English. It is now accepted as a second language (excellent when filling out applications.
Come to think of it, You (generally speaking) have made quite a mess of the education system too. In the 50's we learned the 3 "R's" like everyone else. But, as I remember it, we were schooled on 3 "more important" rules:
1.) Shut up
2.) Sit down
3.) YOU!! to the principles office, NOW!

And when did it become a rule that a child had to take a test to be excepted into Nursery School?
And instead of improving the grading system, they keep lowering it to stay insync with an outdated education system, so much so, that the only requirement needed to be excepted into college is having your own pencil.

I think the entire English Language should be erased from memory and started all over again with "grunting."
After all, The less said the better!!

They could have named it anything, if people ask me what it is I'll tell them it's a blackberry. The average person will either simply acknowledge that or ask me why I'm still using a blackberry. Either way, it will be easier to just call it a blackberry.

I use K1 all the time because I find the name KEYOne annoying. I plan on buying one so I can call it whatever I want to, lol.

KeyOne is a dumb name. I have no problem calling it by an even dumber nickname based on the dumb name.
