Hi! I am an office 365 user and I have an account with a shared mailbox assigned.

To make it work I assigned a license to the shared account. It assigns you a password. Now you can detach this license. Now you can add the shared account as exchange account.

All works but send not. it works in the past without issues. Seems like MS has limited the access to shared mailboxes.

Anyone knows some workaround to make all work?

The work arround is to set the shared mailbox as an IMAP account on the HUB and use as username [email protected]\sharedmailboxalias
Exemple, if your account is [email protected] and your shared mailbox is [email protected] then set the account up as the following:
Account Type IMAP

Incoming settings
Email address : [email protected]
Username : [email protected]\mysharedmailbox
Password : password of [email protected] account
Server : outlook.office365.com
Port : 993
Security type : SSL/TLS
IMAP path prefix : leave empty

Outgoing settings
SMTP server : smtp.office365.com
Port : 587
Security type : STARTTLS (Accept all certificates)
Check require signin box
Username : [email protected]
Password : password of [email protected] account

You can now receive and send email from [email protected] at the HUB

This work arround is also for BB10 OS.
