    I agree with Zephyr.....i have consistently been pleasantly surprised by the amount of interaction and discourse afforded to us by employees of a very large corporation. I have never had such involvement with any other consumer product company. Frankly, it has been amazing. They have addressed issues specific to MY DEVICE and have messaged me personally. Sometimes the fix coming in less than 24 hours. The advice to "work harder" is asinine at best and insulting at worst.

    Circle button - IE. The home button on the nav bar? And you only noticed this problem since installing BlackBerry apps?
