Ever since the new Hub release (version 1.5.1.12527), I can't delete multiple messages from my gmail accounts -I haven't tested other accounts such as Yahoo, so it could just as well be the case there also- at the same time any longer without the screen becoming all messy? Selecting multiple messages works, deletion works, but then the Hub becomes all messy. It becomes worse if you then scroll on the screen. I have to force close the Hub with the Android square and only then I can proceed with what I was doing. Clearing cache, data and restarting the device by holding down the power button until it vibrates three times have all been tried. It doesn't work. Like I said, this Hub version did not only make the app much slower----> http://forums.crackberry.com/blackbe...-open-1102762/ I now can't clean-up my trash folders on my commutes efficiently when I have some spare time (which I like to do so that I don't need to do it at home). Hope this will be looked at.

Thank you Uzi, yea, I wasn't sure where you guys want us to post these kind of threads about Hub/Camera bugs/issues, now that this new "BlackBerry Hub+ Suite" forum has been introduced. I posted the same thread in the Priv forum before the weekend, but from what I understand, it got deleted accidentally. Anyway, good to hear that the issue is known @ BB.

Well, updating to the latest BlackBerry Hub+ Services (version: 1.5.1.44118) yesterday did only partially tackle this issue, but I like the bug appearance diversity. I now mostly see blue circles in stead of red. How is it for you after the update? You said you can reproduce this bug also. Does it only appear in the synched trash folders and also with mail accounts other than Gmail (Yahoo, Gmx etc.)?

    This has changed for me:
-White noise is gone. Black screen is gone.
-Red new message circles are less than before yet still there, but now mostly blue.
-Selecting and deleting multiple items works (just like before). The Hub would then become all messy and unusable. Now--->
After you hit the trash can icon, you will see a short messy screen between hitting that trash can and the actual deletion of all selected messages.
-If the blue new message circles stick or if it otherwise becomes messy, I don't need to close the Hub entirely any long to continue working: tabbing on Android triangle to go back and then subsequently go in the Hub makes all the mess go away, however---->
-Going out and in of the synched trash folder brings a short messy screen again.

I wonder why updates are not extensively tested before they are released?

Well I guess on top of Hub+ Services, which is just an auxiliary app, an update of Hub app is needed to fix it.

Thank you for being here, LiamQ. Having you guys read the (software/app/issue/bug/suggestion) topics and communicate with us when needed and knowing that you guys are (tacitly) looking over our shoulders (& subsequently work on a fix in the background) when we report and describe issues/bugs, makes it worthwhile for me to contribute to these forums, since I know that it won't be for nothing because nobody of BB would care to read here. So thanks for your message that confirms that you guys indeed keep an eye on threads where issues are being mentioned which might be worth for the tech teams to be investigated more thoroughly. I hope I don't sound to harsh sometimes when describing issues/bugs; when it would seem that way then it's often frustration about not being able to fix these kind of technical issues myself while the workload is simultaneously high.
