I once posted about BBM being a BB property but the Device Search is unable to search BBM message. Now with the latest update, Device Search can actually search for BBM message. However, what it does is it display the conversation that has the keyword, and that's all. Tapping the search result bring us to the conversation with the latest message, not the actual message that includes what we're searching for.

Can someone please help to raise this to the BB guy who is in charge of Device Search? I don't have his ID.

Ken Wallis is the one who should take care of that, perhaps he can just drop a "noted to issue list" here.

The search feature on the BBM app is also extremely terrible (atleast on BB10). It only searches for the keyword in the last instance that it was used instead of showing all instances (like WhatsApp does). BBM still lacking soooo much in terms of even the most of features.
