Alright, here's my problem. I, for the first time, bought a game from App World! I was excited! Bought Fruits and Ninja cause it was the only game on App World that I actually found entertaining enough to want to play more than the free demo. I figured, 99cents why not? Well here's why not......
Midway through the download of the full game, App World had a hickup and crashed my download, no biggie, ill just resume it...... Apparently not. The game was nowhere to be found in my App World account.... Wonderful, I went back to the app on App World and it was like I never paid for it!..... However I got an invoice of payment in an email, and I was charged on my cell phone bill.
So I emailed SolverLabs for the first time two weeks ago... Since then I have sent one more email about 5 days ago.
In the emails I very kindly told them about my predicament and explained it was my first game purchase and commended them on creating such a great game... But I guess my 1$ isn't enough for them to care to reply. I don't blame them, it was only a buck I paid so I guess I'm getting a dollars worth of customer service. You get what you pay for.
Anyway, in another week, ill just end up buying the game again because I want the game, regardless of weather or not I want to give them my money. Because in this world, sometimes you have to give your money to people you don't like in order to get something you want. Ill still give them negative feedback on both the demo and full games review sections in App World.
Also don't grt me wrong, if this was a $1000 purchase or **** even a $100 purchase, I would raise the living dead and make sure I got my money back... But I'm not too worried about $1....
Anyway, my question is.... Has anybody else had troubles with SolverLabs? And who else likes Fruits and Ninja?!? Also what are other games that are as fun as Fruits and Ninja.
And a warning to those who downloads any of SolverLabs games or apps. If you have any problems with anything relating to them.... Don't expect a reply or help of any sort. Your $1 is not worth their time.
