How to stop T-Mobile Game Service Popup

I may have accidentally clicked on something, I'm not sure. Sometimes I get a popup-type thing in the middle of my screen saying T-Mobile Game Service with three options. One is download, one is delete and I can't remember what the other one is. I would like to stop this notification, which may or may not actually be coming from T-Mobile (I'm in the UK). Has anyone else had a similar problem and if so, how do I make it stop, where on the phone do I look when I'm not sure what you would call it. It definitely isn't a BlackBerry World thing. It's more "spammy" and I'm usually more careful than this Please help...I always click on Delete, but I don't want to even have to see it any more. It's not an email or text, it sort of looks like the thing that comes up when you've set a reminder. Thanks in advance

Which OS version are you on? (press Alt + Right Shift + H)

...and does this popup only appear after a reboot?
