Game progress LOST after software update...

I am about to update my Torch 9810's OS7 to the latest version.

Every time I have done this in the past I have lost all game progress on all of the games that I have (Angry Farm, Sleepy Hollow, Zombie Attack, etc.)

Is there any way to back up the game progress (levels completed, scores, etc.)?

This happens to me too. I contacted the developers and they couldn't figure it out either. What is supposed to happen is it saves the progress on a file to your sd card. But on my phone that file isn't there, so I somehow the game is saving but not to the memory card, hence the lost data after the os update.

I'm considering uninstalling and reinstalling to see if the file is there, but I'm worried it might ask me to pay for the game again.

Update: Tried uninstalling. Not only did it not ask me to pay again, but it actually kept my progress through the uninstall and reinstall. However, there is still no .farm save file on my device, so I'm pretty certain it will lose the progress with an OS update.
