DL games without radio?

I will be handing my Torch down to my daughter as a multi-media devide (no phone). How (or can) I go about loading games/apps to it for her to use without the radio connected to a carrier? Do I just DM? I've never loaded anything without just sending it me via email/text. Or, can I still email it to the phone and use a web based email to click the link?

You can download apps over wifi.

If you don't mind doing a little work you can actually install OTA installs locally.

Download the relevant .jad file and all it's .cod files on your PC (the .cod files are listed in the .jad), stick them in a folder on the sdcard.

Then open the .jad file using the Files app on the BB and it will install.
