I had just recently purchased my Dtek60 from staples. It came factory unlocked but I am unable to receive the November security update. I am using the Rogers Network as my carrier. I've posted a screen shot of my version number etc...

Please advise if there is anything else I can do as it seems that everyone else has already received the update.

Did you go to settings about and check for a software update? I had to do that to get my update.

Yes I did. Several times. No luck. I wonder if I should try it without my Sim card in the phone.

I haven't got mine either. Dtek50 and 60 both from ShopBlackberry.com

There is no general release of the update yet. It will probably come this week.

As Irony would have it. I just received my update today right after I received an invite from Blackberry to join the android beta test group. I am happy all around with the update and my Dtek60.
