I have my pictures on my laptop that used to be on my Z30. I took out the SD card and transfered them there.

I have a larger / new card in my DTEK 60 that I set up as internal storage. I want to copy the pictures to it without uploading to the Web etc.

I plugged my DTEK 60 into the laptop and it did not find a driver. The DTEK comes up as a hard drive or device etc. On my windows file manager but when I click on it there is nothing there and I cannot drag a file over to it.

Any ideas? Is it the fact I am using the USB-C power cord?

Try a different USB Cable.

When you plug it into your PC.... does your phone prompt for how you'll use the connection?
