Is anyone else having a problem with the sd card, I mount mine and it seems to keep reverting to 0.00 I have to eject and remount, but it only stays use able for a few seconds.

Any help would be appreciated.

It's likely the SD card... those things being corrupted easily especially the cheap ones.
Try another SD card in the phone and see if it gives you the same problem

Is this a problem that a format would solve? It seems to work just fine in my laptop. It's not a cheap in either, it's a SanDisk ultra xc 64gb

It also needs MicrosoftexFAT for BlackBerry driver to use first.

Then if it is not portable storage, it has to pass a IOPS test. Some simply fail. Regardless. Amazon etc should just replace, or try a different brand, model.

Yes like Gayle says some just simply stop working . I had one like that too..it worked in one phone for a long time then I put it into a different phone and it became corrupted. Try formatting in the phone but I would buy a new one.. The ones I use that have been working great for me in my dtek60 and my galaxy tablet is the Samsung EVO Plus micro sd

Mine too, Samsung is sending a UPS return for mine.
Mine did the same thing, installed fat on five phones (BlackBerry) and the card is a bust. The 60 wouldn't recognize it as class 10 for 1080 video. Samsung is sending a new one thank God. Let you know the results.

All sorted now it worked in the laptop, so I copied everything over onto that, formatted it back in the phone and then transferred it all back from the laptop. Works perfectly again.
