Every time I watch a video either on Netflix, Amazon Prime or SkyGo, the navigation bar appears every 20-30 seconds. So I have to touch the screen to clear it.
I don't even touch the screen while watching videos. I don't understand why this is happening as it really disrupts the viewing experience.
Can anyone help me how to stop this from happening. It never happened at the beginning.
Been with BlackBerry since 2008 and this is my first Android.

Try restarting your device.. See if that fixes the problem
Restarted many times, even after March security update. Still the same problem.

So the problem was getting worse. Now the videos (YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Prime) would pause every 20-30 seconds. I would have to constantly press play.
The only option I had was to do a full factory reset and reload with half the apps that I had on the phone.
Seems to have done the trick so far. Everything seems to be in good working order. Annoyed? Not really. Not using it as a phone atm. Just as a media player. Still rocking my Z30 and will migrate over to The KEYone when it gets released.
