Hi,
Is anyone using a DTEK60 to control a drone? I bought a DJI phantom 3 standard, and surprisingly, my Priv doesn't connect to the drone using the DJI GO app.
I'm ready to upgrade my phone, and this is important for me to select which phone I get. Might be forced to get the S8+...

If you read the DJI forums.... you'll see that Apple is the go to product. Android compatibility and reliability is hit and miss. They do have a list of compatible Android phones.... (S8 isn't on it yet)

I have a priv and a dji phantom 2 vision +... litchi and dji App work fine.

Well, Apple will never happen in my house. Thanks, though! It's weird that it works for some in the PRIV, but not others.

Have you tried litchi App?? I find it better than the dji app

I haven't tried it yet. Will in the future, though. Only flown my Drone a couple times. Using my wife's old Note 3 and DJI GO...

I could never get my dtek60 to work with my phantom 3standard.. Was having trouble connecting to the ac WiFi. Had IP address issues

DTEK60 and DJI Go App work fine with DJI Phantom 3 Pro for me.

Had some trouble connecting to the phantom3 using my dtek60 at first. Found out that putting it in airplane mode and then only activating WiFi solved the problem. There's no way I can connect to the phantom with all cell connections on.
