    So checked my system status a few days ago and it also looked green. This morning it says poor. See attached screen shot. How do I find out which system change cause this? Beside using the phone nor alt, I have not done anything different. Hence a bit confused about this now...

    the message seems to be self explanatory... however, i saw (but didn't read) an article on CB about some reports of compromised OS given by the dtek app... check it out first would be my advice...

    just ignore it, the app is borked for some reason and they are working on a fix. You will not be able to tell what app or whatever is causing it.

    Thanks. I was wondering why I was getting this error. Have not done anything different to the device. Ignoring it now. Let's hope a fix will be issued soonish.

    Seems to be a bug. Luckily, BlackBerry is aware of it and are already working on a fix. Hopefully, the fix comes soon.

    My Priv also states that I am not using a Blackberry Device (!!!), and also that the operationg system is a version not designed for my blackberry device....what the heck ?
