Hello,
Wondering if anyone is experiencing the same thing in that when I open the CrackBerry app on my DTEK60 it shows it refreshing but it takes a minute to do so. Then when going to the forums it takes longer to refresh the list and sublists. I have even had it where nothing shows up in the forums.
Is anyone else experiencing this?
I received my DTEK60 for Christmas. Prior to that I was using the PRIV and I had the same issues. I am using the latest software, available to the general public. It has happened across the last couple of security updates. Using the latest version of the CrackBerry app from the Google Play Store.

Same on my Priv....screen times out before it refreshes.... started about a month or so ago. Bb10 much faster

So I cleared the cache and signed up for the beta I believe I am on version 3.6.1
Still not seeing the improvements I was expecting. It feels like the hour glass days but I will give it a little time and see if it improves and report back.

I have a LG G5 (backup phone until Dtek60 comes back) and it does it on this phone as well, either an app or android issue and I have cleared out the cache as well on the LG.

Just today the load rate seems to be back to what it used to be. I have opened the app twice with the same result. I am not aware of any upgrades for the OS or the app so can't comment on what the change is.

Mine went back to normal as well although I did do a security wipe a couple of days ago. Probably just a coincidence.

Same here mine has gone back to normal. Quick loads on the homepage now.

The loading issue got so bad that I started using the CrackBerry Forums app for a month. Downloaded CrackBerry again 2 weeks ago and it has worked fine since.

I got an update (as I joined the beta testing as Bla1ze suggested) and now it seems to be much quicker.

Mine takes absolutely ages to load too. Clearing the cache makes no difference.

And it is back - the long refreshes. The beta does have ads so perhaps this is the culprit. We'll see once the ads are removed for this month if it helps.

Got the update. Makes no difference. Spins forever and most the time I can't bother to wait.

I think the latest update has made it even slower to load/refresh with Uber ads now infesting the articles page.

Android Central app works flawlessly.
