    Normally when the USB cable is inserted between the device and the PC, one should be able to browse folders inside the phone. Well this isn't the case. The prompt pops up. Clicked on the folder to explore but the window open and it's blank.

    What USB mode is your device in?

    Should be in MTP or PTP.
