I have been getgting duplicate emails and discovered that when I turn off Peek in BB Hub this no longer happens. Great! Except that everytime I shut down the BB Peek turns itself on again! Any idea how I can make it stay off? All the notification options on BB are off including block all

Sounds like you're probably not using the Hub then? You could just delete the account you added entirely.

I am using the hub. I have four email accounts, plus text messages. So not using the hub would be a nuisance

Sorted in the latest update. Peeking now stays turned off. Has to be turned off in BB Hub and services, BB preview and device configuration

Yes i did look at it...and your explanation in another thread. Peek is the wrong terminology. Especially for people coming from BB10.

Not at all. The point is that with peeking turned on in those three places, each email was duplicating. With peeking turned off there was no duplication. I do not know why this should be so, nor do BB support.

Actually you need to go to Settings/Apps and then look at the notifications for BB Hub and Services, BB preview and device configuration if you want to turn these off
