    have to give props to blackberry, I cracked my screen on my dtek50 a couple weeks ago. Didn't feel like buying a new phone so I took an old iphone as a loaner. I called blackberry and they told me to send it back and they would quote me a price to fix it. To my surprise, they never quoted anything, they just sent back a new device, probably a refurb but i'll take it!!!

    Great. Glad they sorted it so easily -- and at no cost to you.
