    Hi guys, sorry for my english.
    My Problem ist since the last update in Oktober. ( carrier germany o2)
    I cannot scroll down the Quick settings. Only in landscape modus.
    Also IT's Not possible to get in the fast Boot modus....i've done everthing, also factory reset. But nothing helps,.....
    Maybe somebody have a idea?

    If you swipe down and see a Notification on the screen, then you have to swipe down a second time to see the Quick Menu.

    No IT's Not possible to swipe down only in landscape modus. On normal way nothing....

    Thank you, for your idea. But to install the autoloader you nead to fast Boot your Phone. And that's a Problem. Because i can Not make a fast Boot... I don't know why?!

    Yes , but it doesn't work. You need to go in the fast Boot Mode. IT this Not possible for me. I cannot go in the fast Boot mode.
    Now new issues After call,. The dtek turnded off,... Wtf?
