It IS large. I wish they would quit calling it security update. There are regular updates / fixes too. Just no change log to find out what.

I don't know how much of the 450MB is delta patches or how much is full file replacements; I'm guessing device drivers are the latter, and given the preponderance of Qualcomm drivers in the security bulletin, that might be it.

Dtek50 just got it Fri and had 6.01 on it. Probably had all the patches since, and likely Aug and others, not just the Sept security one.

Yes a Blackberry snafu. The date remained July 5th even though the August update was installed etc.

Unlocked in the UK, bought via Clove. I was already on the August patch, September's has just started downloading a couple of minutes ago.

Maybe try a manual check?

bkupris lives in UK and got it today, I live in Netherlands and got it today so if the wave continues it should land on your phone soon too.
Try to force the update (via settings menu). That's how I got it.

If this info is true I might have bought my phone a bit too early but on the other hand: my G2 died so I needed one in short terms.
My brother is considering to replace his Z30 and for him this dtek60 may be a better option than the 50. Espescially because of his higher demand on power. Dtek50 suits me fine though.
