    I'm waiting as well, still. Bought my DTEK50 at amazon.de, my service provider is o2 Germany.

    And yes, I'm wondering about the same... Is it possible that we are just 'forgotten' with October security update and will be offered November update directly soon? Would it be safe to install November anyway?

    B&H say that security updates should arrive in a timely fashion direct from BlackBerry, and I'm sure they're right.
    It seems for some reason BlackBerry hasn't scheduled October 6th's security update for those of us that bought a DTEK50 from B&H.
    Maybe BlackBerry forgot, or maybe we'll get it in November. I hope my phone gets security updates in the future otherwise there wasn't really any point in buying a DTEK50.
    Either way this is sub optimal.
    Part of being a 'software company' is getting stuff like this right.

    Nothing here either. Rebooted, took out SIM, still nothing. Last month got the updated in the last few days of September, whereas doesn't seem to be coming this month at all. How *does* BlackBerry push these updates anyways?

    Finally got the October update... after almost a month now hehe. I don't really know what to expect, but as long as I don't have an app acting up, or not acting at all, then I'm good
