I honestly can't say. I've heard of people complaining about the phone's performance because of Nova, but I've also heard of people loving it and claiming no issues whatsoever.

I, myself, am not a power user and don't use my phone much so I really give you a good answer. Based on my usage, I haven't noticed any performance issues.

Additionally, you can go to the Google Play Store settings and turn off the "Auto Add to Home Screen" option - that will stop new apps from being added to your home screen, but you will see them in your app drawer.

Press and hold on the app. You can either move it on top of another icon and create a folder or move it to the top left of the screen where it says "remove" (or uninstall by moving it to the top right)

My new wallpaper..quite like it.
I'm so tempted to use Nova laugher for dockless minimal setup. But would lose the cool BlackBerry launcher features such as swipe up widgets, productivity tab etc.

I love this launcher a lot now
Wish it has more options such as remove dock, change grid size etc.

I always tweak my home screen here and there to change the look, make it more efficient/accessible, clean off as many icons as possible. I've been known to change my wallpaper from time to time too!
