Hi there,

I have read that some users have successfully connected an android enabled Blackberry to their car and are able to read emails.
I just got a DTEK50 from our IT-department to test it out. Everything Looks good and I can also receive and send SMS via Bluetooth but I am unable to display any emails. My BB Classic works fine in the same car.

I have an Exchange Account inside the Blackberry hub as well as an IMAP account. Both are not displayed.
I have tried to connect the same Exchange account without the Hub, but I also get no emails in the car.

Any Suggestion?
If someone receives email in their BMW or Porsche pls let me know how you set it up.

Priv with Google Apps mail account connected to my bmw.
On the phone in bluetooth settings I enabled full access to my phone from the car's bluetooth.

Worked fine first time done.

What do you mean exactly by Google Apps mail account?
When I am in Settings - Accounts it will give me the Option of adding an account inside the Blackberry Hub+ OR add another account.
In other accounts it will give me the Option Exchange or Private (IMAP), Private (POP3).
I did Exchange and on the phone everything Looks fine - but not in the care

Did you load a Special email app? Or do you mean the Gmail account?

No, don't use Android for Work. Just as it came out of the box. Tried both Exchange and IMAP with and without Hub.
Again, my existing Classic works just fine and shows all email from two different inboxes (same as I tried on DTEK)
The DTEK50 will only show my contacts.
Have no clue what I could try next
