    If BlackBerry is pushing out several Android models, they'd better get on top of the security updates. In the long run it's no big deal for me, but I find it annoying that the unlocked Priv received the October update in September. The DTEK50 update is still pending it seems. Let's see how quickly updates come once BB has the Priv, DTEK50, and DTEK60 to take care of.

    That was the beta release. It's only NOW rolling out to Priv officially, so you're annoyed something was in beta? lol. On top of that, the security patch date is for October 5th. BlackBerry is nowhere near being what normal folks would consider late. There's still well within their typical timelines.

    When is the DTEK50 due?? I'm still on the July security patch.

    September should be out, though...

    Are you on AAG326? There's an autoloader out if you really want it.

    I think the October security patch should at least have been available to the beta testers like the PRIV Beta Testers. Unfortunately, this is not the case.

    Yeah, BlackBerry is delaying with the October patch for the DTEK50 for some reason. No sign of it in the regulatory certifications, or on their Android kernel repository.
