Wanna start using Android Password Keeper but my info is all on my Q5. If I export it out as a file can I just use NFC between the 2 phones to transfer the file (touching the 2 phones together)? Has anyone tried this? Thanks.

Or, failing that, you can send the intended file(s) to dropbox (or any other cloud service), and then download from there to your new device.

Nfc can be used to transfer files so I believe this will work.

NFC file transfer is available on Dtek. I am not sure if transfer will work between BBOS 10 and Androids though. Pls try and let us know.

It works between BB10 and Android (DTEK and Priv at least). If you're using a Samsung you may have to shut off their proprietary Samsung NFC but it should work.

I exportx my passwords from my Z30 to documents. I used Bluetooth to send to my Dtek50. Worked fine.

I think it would depend on the BB10 phone. My Z10 didn't have WiFi direct so S-beam had to go be off on my wife's S-4 to transfer files over NFC.

But your Z10 has NFC so why didn't it work with your wife's phone?

Put your passwords in the cloud? May as well put them on Facebook. LOL.

The file is encrypted, and still password protected. And this is behind Dropbox's existing login and password.
