So the DTEK in DTEK50 hasn't changed.. only reporting. what makes this the "most secure Android"??
So, basically you're paying more for updates?

Had it on my Priv since Lollipop. It's part of the BlackBerry Launcher.

Honestly nothing other than the programmable key is new here.

Thanks - thats why I don't see it - using the Nova Launcher.

And still waiting for the July Security release plus MM from VZW.

BTW, did speak to the Security guy giving one of the breakout sessions at the Security Summit, he checked and stated that July's Security update "may" be included in the MM roll out from VZW, coming "soon"...

    Take that FWIW.

At least they owned up to the reason - it was all about cost.

The new android has "borrowed " the app permissions from BB10 OS .. plus Dtek , so you see who is trying to see what and the ability to shut them down .. That is A HUGE step forward ... One reason I love BB10 is the app permissions, truthfully not a big app user .. That was the MAIN reason I stuck with BB10 when the Z10 came out ... I was told to buy the other guys , brought it back the same day .. I would NEVER sacrifice my phone's security for a silly app ... Now there are Blackberry secured options ... So it's a little less worrisome to try out android .. I still hate that button at the bottom of the screen , I hope BB starts making buttons off the screen for that ..
