Update: answered. pressed left button (screen facing up).

Had my dtek50 for almost a month, and snap, frozen screen. Been frozen after trying to open an app that had no problem opening before the dtec freezing. Pressing and holding all buttons, seperately. Nothing. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.

Have you tried holding the power button for 40 seconds?

Yes. Got it. Tried again after sending the question. Didn't count the seconds, but the dtek did restart. Thank you.

All my phones did that...s7 edge, my iPhone 5s, my passport. All had that issue. Just hard reset it
