    signed up for the beta programme, registered my PIN and got feedback from blackberry to get token
    but the token server just cannot be connected, and my phone cannot get the beta update even I had received the notification for it through an email from blackberry

    anyone here have had the same issue and get a solution?

    BlackBerry has the required amount of people they need for the beta program that's why your not getting in. Having said that make sure you have your phone info updated on the site (either Priv or Dtek50). I'm not in the beta program either but did change my phone info (Dtek50) last summer and did receive the last beta update this past week.

    I just throught that by receiving confirmation mail back from blackberry to proceed with getting token means they were taking me into the programe
