    Hi,

    When I got my DTEK50 shipping email, I was also informed that the shipment of the MP-12600 High Capacity Mobile Charger had been delayed and that they would notify me about the charger later on. That was 2 weeks ago and I still haven't heard anything from them regarding the charger. I sent them an email today, but I think office hours have ended now in the UK. Anyway, anyone else here in the same boat?

    The title should have been battery pack.

    Yes, you're right, that would probably be clearer than saying mobile charger, but I can't seem to change the title now...

    Actually, it was on Friday and their answer was :

    "
    We are expecting them early next week and we will dispatch as soon as they arrive, apologies for the delay

    I bought mine at Coolblue in Netherlands. The phone also came without the battery pack. I'm going to mail them every week until it lands on my doormat (prefer it in hand of course )

    Just got an email from Clove. Battery pack dispatched

    "Thank you for your recent order of the DTEK50.

    This email is being sent to confirm that we have now dispatched the High Capacity Mobile Charger that was offered with the DTEK50 at time of purchase.

    Please allow up to up to 3 weeks for this to arrive.
