    I called the Blackberry complimentary support number (855) 556-2522 at 10:15 am EDT today, Monday morning to be told by a recording that Blackberry support is closed and to check the website for hours of operation.

    The website indicates:

    Product Monday � Friday Saturday Sunday
    BlackBerry DTEK50 8am � 11pm EST 8am � 11pm EST Closed

    Anyone else have this problem? Is there any other way to contact them in North America?

    Required navigating down through several layers of choices, but finally spoke to someone.

    The original number I tried is supposed to be the girect DTEK support number, which I suspect someone forgot to remove the weekend "closed" message.
