Blackberry is that rare company that comes out with good products but can always get their marketing strategy wrong, each and everytime. They always over price the product, promotion is lousy to non existent in important markets such as India and they have no clue how to go about a global launch. forget a global launch, they just cannot get the priorities right. I have been hardcore BB fan. Awesome phones, BB 10 OS is just the best but the BB marketing team juts seem to screw up every time. I am told the Dtec50 may launch at 28,999/- in India, again a sure fail pricing Strategy. They need to price it under 22,500/- if they want this to sell this phone.

Blackberry, please wake up, you are not the upmarket phone you think you are. The market perception is just pitiable. Making good phones is not the game now, that's juts one part. Communicate, price and place it smartly, that's the need of the hour.

I'm also agree with you. BlackBerry Really need to do lot of Hard work on its market strategy too as they always do with its products.

If the phone is above 22k no way I am going to buy.... I will stick with my Z30 and wait for BlackBerry to reduce the price to 21k.
Initially I am ready for 22 k but later I will buy for 21k or else I will shift to samsung
