    I m using dtek 50 in China and can't have BlackBerry channel. I have setting real time and date by WiFi to connected to BBM channel without SIM card and it works . If reset phone with SIM the BBM channel was missing. Anyone's offer to help set the BBM channels.

    Did channels work previously over data on the DTEK50? In other words, were they working and just stopped or is this a new device and you can't get them to work?

    I have BlackBerry Z30 is working well on BBM channels on China SIM card . I don't know why dtek50 can't integration BBM channel on China SIM card. Thank.
