I've just bought a blackberry orlando, but I don't know what the is happening with it, when I play any songs from my phone, it will automatically control the volume, suddenly it will be louder or lower even mute it, but I don't touch anything! At all! It sucks!
Is there something wrong with the setting or what? What do I do?

Try updating the OS, with an OFFICIAL release so that you don't void your warrantee. (not an expert, just trying to help)

right some how my screen has been cracked on my curve 9380 . it does still work just i cant use the key-bored touch screen , i cant afford to get it fixed right now as it is nearly Christmas so i am wanting to no if there is a different way i can use the key bored touch screen. such as just being able to use the arrow mouse bit at the bottom ,
