Facebook message notification

Hi !
For about a week now, I'm not receiving facebook message notifications in my notification bar. I have to actually go onto the facebook application to see weather or not I have a new message. I've tried many things like a battery pull, logging out and logging back in, re installing facebook but nothing has seemed to work. It's really annoying because I communicate by facebook message a lot! A few times I had a message come up on facebook mentionning a '2001' error. I have the latest version of facebook which is v.3.3.0.11 Please can someone help !!

Stupid question but you did look in options to make sure notifications was not unchecked...right?

Same here with facebook & twitter dont know how to solve it

Bumping this thread. I've been having the exact same problem. Today I removed and re-installed fb app but it made no difference. Funny thing is my fiancee has the exact same BlackBerry (Torch 9810), same OS and app versions, and hers has been working fine. I get constant grief for not "liking" her stuff but I'm not getting notified. Anyone else have any ideas?
