    installed bbm 7.0 and it took forever to finish , when it restarted all worked fine but it has been on set up now for hours and nothing, can i delete and start over or did i put a wrong version on my phone , hellp pleese , thanks

    sorry i was out a bit it has 8.1 just installed , i have not updated my phone at all so likely still running and old os version , hope that is not the problem , if so how do i update it my bb devise manager always says i have the newest but i know it is not

    ok i managed to delete and reinstall , went better but now on set up it says i have no wireless coverage , so my new question is , can i not use bbm with my wifi , if so how do i set it up , if not then , i ran out of data on my plan already and cant afford to up my plan just now or pay the overage charges ,
