Hiya, I have got my heart set on a curve 9360, but I have read on the Internet and have heard from friends that this phone doesn't have a fantastic battery life, so I was wondering if I could simply pop one of these in instead of the original battery?

Replacement battery for BlackBerry Curve 9360: Amazon.co.uk: Electronics

What I would like to know is, what kind of improvement would this make over the stock and standard battery? And would it void any kind of warranty? The help would very much be appreciated by this blackberry newbie!

You can either get the stock battery (regular battery as a spare incase the one in the phone runs out of juice) or get the extended batteries. Would work fine either way...just your preference regarding size of the extended battery while in the device as opposed to carrying around a spare one!

Ah. I don't spose you know if they are much bigger in the device then? Only it seems a shame if the 1600 mAh battery would make the handset 'bulkier'.
