Trackpad doesn't work unless I hold "alt" or "shift" key.
Hi,
I have a problem with my curve 9360 where my trackpad doesn't work unless I hold the "alt" or "shift" key on the keyboard. The weird thing is, this only happens on CERTAIN menus... on the main menu, the trackpad works fine. However, on any other app that I open, I HAVE to hold the "alt" or "shift" key in order for the trackpad to maintain functional... otherwise it just does not respond.
Another thing is, everytime I "lock" my phone and "unlock" it... it takes a really long time for the keys to respond. Even though the screen is back on, it seems as though the keys are still in "lock" mode, and does not work until 1 or 2 minutes later... after it finally decides to unlock, the keys work perfectly fine.
I've tried searching everywhere for a solution.. it really doesn't seem like a hardware issue because everything seems to work normally given some time.
I've tried factory resetting, pulling the battery... etc... Anybody have a solution for this?

Trackpad issues :'(
My BlackBerry Curve 9360 randomly stopped working yesterday!
It will 'click/select' but will not scroll. It is IMPOSSIBLE to navigate around the phone, having to search for EVERYTHING! I am very disappointed with the phone! It's my first BB and I have treated it with SOOO much care!
I bought it off eBay on October 7th 2011, a few DAYS after it was launched in UK! It was never used by the purchaser! I am really confused... RIM say call Service Provider, and T-Mobile say contact previous owner. I have NO clue what so ever about where to even START with a warranty! Either way the phone is UNDER 1year old and shouldn't even come across these problems (YET! (It is RIM were talking about) ) Any help, will i get a warranty/free repair off RIM?
H E L P ! ! ! I cant stand this any longer D: The camera and battery are also awful too! I wouldn't recomend it to people, going from iPhone, cause they may be in for a SHOCK! It looks great but its BAD!

My latest 'berry is an absolute disaster.... Curve 9370 and I am at wits end with the trackpad behavior. Fine in some functions, like email and text; requires shift to be pressed in others; and gets "stuck" in portions of some apps. I am about practice defenestration and start over.
