    I have a curve9360 through fido it died but a used one which was through rogers got it unlocked and when put sim card in I have my number which I can call and text but lost all my contacts and cant use my data plan any suggestions

    Call your carrier and make sure you tell them you replaced your broken phone with an unlocked one. They will know what to do. As for your contacts: If you didn't back them up onto your SIM card or you didn't back up your phone on a computer with BB Desktop Manager then you have lost them essentially.
