Okay, we contacted the people we bought the curve 9360 from and they contacted their service provider again and confirmed that the PIN had not yet been released from the BIS account. So that has now been done but the phone still won't connect for us. Again, the phone appears to be connected to both blackberry and telus but when you go into the service status, blackberry enterprise server and blackberry internet service say not connected. I checked IT policies and it says "No Services" - (does something NEED to be here??)
We have tried security wipe, made sure the APN says bb.telus.com , registered the device through host routing, and basically done anything we can think of. Telus is at a loss with this...are we out of options? Thanks in advance!

in this thread the guy was able to use rogers bb on telus.
